I’m Burçak Desombre, wine consultant, educator, and creator of immersive wine and gastronomic experiences.
With over 15 years of international experience, I’ve had the privilege of working across Europe training over 3,000 students and professionals, and organizing wine journeys in more than 30 wine regions around the world.
I hold the WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines and am a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers.
I am also Academy Chair for France for World’s Best Vineyards, a member of the Monaco Sommelier Association, and Echanson of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Monaco.
Vinipedia reflects my belief that wine should be both approachable and pleasurable — a cultural bridge, a sensory journey, and a shared story.
