Understanding wine means learning how to taste it, how to talk about it, and how to pass that knowledge on. I work with hospitality teams, wine professionals, schools and organisations, and individual enthusiasts, from complete beginners through to candidates preparing for professional exams.
From 2014 to 2020, I taught oenology at Vatel Turkey. I hold the WSET® Level 4 Diploma and am a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers. Those qualifications shape the way I teach and the way I prepare candidates for their own exams.
Training can take place in person or remotely, one-to-one or in groups, and I teach in English, French and Turkish. Every programme reflects who I’m working with: a hospitality team and an exam candidate have very different needs.
